Ok, I finished One Last Breath and frankly I have more questions than answers by the end of the book. Did Alan truly kill his mother or did Simon do it? I thought that I had it figured about 1/2 way through and I felt it was Simon. Alan acted like he knew something, but I didn't feel that it was the fact that he knew he had did it. I felt it was about what he knew about Simon and did Ben's dad cover up the fact that a teenager had committed the crime? There were alot of twist and turns in this one and I didn't have that ah-ha moment when all is revealed. What was the point of Quinn killing Thorpe? Or Thorpe feeling that he had to kill Quinn? They both knew who the killer was, did Thorpe fill that Quinn would kill him to keep him from telling the police the truth before Quinn could get his revenge? if you read the book, what was your take on it?
