Hello, I have researched all I know how to do. But a member requested a box of books from me. We both accepted.  I have gone ahead and mailed the (3) books to her but she has never mailed the Box og Books I requested.  I checked with the tracking system with the Post Office and the package has been delivered.  She has not even acknowledged receipt of the books.  I have sent her two requests to please ship the books.  What can I do now?  Am I out the books I sent out?

If it's been over 5 days since you PMd her without hearing back, you can ask the team to check up on her status for you.  They can see if she's been logging in.  To contact them, go down to the bottom right corner of any page, and under "company" click on "contact us."  Use the Feedback option there.
