I have just signed up for BOB. I received a request about two weeks ago for a swap. I agreed to it and the other member accepted the request on June 4th. They printed the address out on June 7th and this is the last thing that has happened from their side. I have already mailed my books and according to the DC they arrived on June 12th. I PM'ed them on June 12th and asked if they had mailed my books out yet. I still havent' heard anything. How long do I wait for an answer and what is my next step?

I'm not a boxer, but I found this in the Help Center -- hope it helps:

What if I never receive my Box-O-Books?

If you have agreed to a Box-O-Books swap and the other Boxer's books don't arrive (or if the swap is not marked mailed by a week after it was accepted), you should contact the other Boxer using the Personal Message button on the swap, to ask if the Box was mailed (or when it might be mailed).

  • If a Box-O-Books is lost in the mail, the Boxer who sent the lost books can compensate the other Boxer by (1) offering replacement books (2) offering credits for the unreceived books or (3) a combination of (1) and (2).
    • When the swap has been settled however the two Boxers agree the Box can be marked received.
  • If both Boxers agree that no compensation for the unreceived box is necessary, the box can be marked received OR we can be contacted to move the swap to completed status
    • The Boxer who did not receive needs to be the one to ask for us to move the swap to completed, to confirm that he or she consents to this without compensation
  • If the Boxer who did not receive wants compensation and the Boxer who sent the "lost" books does not give it, the Boxer who did not receive should contact us.
    • In this case, we wil move the swap to completed and the Boxer who did not receive can leave Boxer feedback about the swap.
    • The Boxer who is refusing to settle the swap will not be allowed to leave feedback at that point - if no feedback has been supplied then positive feedback will be supplied from that side of the swap if we move it to completed status without compensation to the Boxer who wants compensation.

If the other Boxer does not respond to your Personal Message within a week, you should contact us and we will look into the situation.

Thank you. I guess I am a little anxious on this. This is the first time I haven't had something happen in a timely manner on here.

I reported the situation to PBS on Friday. I noticed yesterday that her account had been suspended but when I checked today it is back up and running. My question is what should I do next? I haven't heard anything yet from PBS or the sender.

PBS will get back to you.  It can take between 24-48 hours before they will respond. Also the response will be in an email, not through Personal Messages.
