in the beginning of november, i accepted 2 bobs from 2 different members.  i mailed out my books and they marked them recieved.  i still haven't recieved the books from either of them.  i emailed both of them on monday asking if they sent them out, but i haven't gotten a reply.  what should i do?  and how long should i wait to do anything?

I have had several different Bob's that I never got. I finally got sick of looking at them so had R&R delete them from my acccount.  I would just let them sit there till you can't stand looking at them.

contact R & R they will take care of it.  I think somewhere I saw where after a month you were supposed to have your books. I had the same problem as you, told them and hopefully the problem was fixed- at least after they got involved the other member pm'd me to tell me what was going on.

I gave up on BOB because of it. I lost about 6 books total from doing it that way. Some people are just not honest, and unfortunatly, others have to pay because of it.

Unfortunately, BOB orders are on the honors system.  You could probably report them to R & R but I'm not sure there is anything they can do about it because no credits are actually involved.

You may just have to mark it up to a bad BOB trade and tag those names to never do BOB orders with them again.
