Hi, I was just browsing through Box o books and thought I'd check my rating. I haven't done that awhile and never gotten any complains from anyone though PM. I checked and someone has left a Neutral saying the book I sent was beat up & they can't repost it. I looked in the past history and saw who it was. I remember the book very well and it was in no way beat up when I mailed it. I am VERY VERY picky with my books. If I see a flaw that may upset someone I will let them know or won't even post the book. Should I contact them about the problem? This was on April 12. Plus if she had a problem shouldn't have contacted me right away before leaving feedback? I would have given her a free book or even 2 if she liked. Will this Neutral feedback prevent others from requesting from me? I admit I was proud of my of my positive feedback. What would you do? I hate it that she was unhappy with the book. |

You can respond to any feedback left on BoB. I wouldn't worry too much if it's just one neutral and you have lots of positives. I'd hope the other person would contact me if there were a problem, but she wasn't under any obligation to do so. You could PM her, but it would be to make things right; I don't know if she can change her rating now that she's left it.

Thanks. I've dreading my first neutral or worse yet negitive! I guess since it has been awhile I'll just leave it at that. That is odd Stacey that someone would give a negitive and not a reason. You'd think they would let you know. I'll let it go and stop worrying. I've learned in the past worrying us useless. ; ) Thanks to those who answered. |

With 1 neutral and 96 positive feedbacks, I'd swap with you in a heartbeat! |
