Does the system allow you to combine postage for books in a box swap with books that are requested, if all of them are going to the same member at the same time?  I recently had a great member accept a small box swap I had offered, then order another book to get the 2 for 1 that I usually allow for requests.  My thinking was that requests are requests, and box-swaps are box-swaps, and they would be handled as two different transactions, so twice the postage.    What we finally did was to cancel the request and simply add books to both sides of the box, even though we had to PM back and forth to get it all together.  Is there a less complicated way we could have worked out this deal?

I would have just added  the weight of all the  books to label for the credit transaction to get the right postage.  You can adjust the weight of any book before you print the postage to account for freebies, heavier packaging or incorrect weights in the database.   Then the DC could have been attatched to the credit transaction.  All you would have had to do was access the BOB address to get the marked mailed button. Then mark them all mailed.
