Interesting subject. Some incredible claims are made but when checked for credibility it was found that they are not all what they seem. There's probably some truth to the claims but they're not soundly based.

The most fascinating book I've read in a long time. Through an overview of work done in the field of brain plasticity in many areas it gives hope to people suffering from brain injury or cognitive impairment. Well worth reading.
