I checked this out from the library previously and liked it so much I requested it from paperback swap. This book is full of wonderful recipes. I've made three different kinds and was very happy with each loaf. Also, most recipes call for all purpose flour and other ingredients you most likely have on hand. I like that the recipes are seasonal. I just made the pumpkin bread and was delighted by the fallness of it. :)
