The recipes I tried never failed and I used many of the techniques that they use as tips. Highly invaluable book for anyone who loves to bake. The recipes include rye sourdough which is delicious, Swedish Tea-Rings, Monkey bread, Focaccia and more. It also includes lists of herbs and how to include them as well as flavorings.
Very handy to take with you as it's small and easy to use in the kitchen.
