Hi, I searched the site but I can't find info on budy lists.  Some requested to be my buddy and I don't know what it is.

This is what I found when I put "buddy list" in the Help Center browse:

You can find all the help you need in the Help Center.  Easier for you to go read it than for someone else to copy and paste all that for you.

You can go to the "my account" menu under the fat blue bar.  You'll find your buddy list there.  Then up at the top of it, in the yellow bar, you'll find a link for buddy list invitations.

And a secret is to add yourself to your buddy list.   You can then send yourself PMs to remind you of book titles and such.
