Excellent book. Well-organized, informative, but sadly predates the explosive growth of the WWW (book is copyrighted 1994). However, the basic core business principles are sound, and there is very useful information in the book about marketing, customer service, accounting, sales, and management -- all of which still holds up well today. I built my business using it and found it helpful.
