I had requests for 2 books by 2 different members. It seemed like the system recognized member A (there was an option about bulk mailing) but not for member B.

When I tired to print the label for the bulk mailing it only worked for one book. I still had to click on print wrapper and book mailed for the second book (I like the 3rd printing option to give a little invoice with the book)

Is there a way to let the system know you are sending multiple books to one member? I didn't pay any extra postage. I just used the prepay and altered the weight of my package, but I only had the option for one DC for both books. I wish there was a way to add the second book to the same DC# (even if it cost another $.18) since other than the increased weight of my package there is no proof that both books were wrapped together. I've never had a book go missing before but I do like the idea of an instant credit.

Bulk mailing all depends on how the books are ordered.  If the member ordered them together at the same time, you will be given the option for a bulk wrapper.  However, if they completed the order of one book and then clicked on the "order more from member" button and then ordered another book, the system will process it as a completely separate order.  You can still mail the books together with one wrapper if you are certain they are going to the same address, however if you are using DC, you will only get a quick credit for one of them.  The receiver will still need to mark the book received in order for you to get your credit, even if it was packaged with a book with DC.  Unfortunately, the only way to get DC for both books is to package and mail them separately.  There's really nothing else that you can do in this case, because of the way the member ordered the books.
