I had my mom buy me several bags of romance books and mail them to me to swap because I live so far away from everything and I don't drive that it is hard to find a lot of books where I am. Anyways the 1st box arrived today and the majority of them have wavy pages ( no water damage) and some of them have scuff marks on the covers or a small tear in the cover, ect.  Most  of them are still postable by pbs rules ( some aren't but are completley readable ) but I'm not comfortable with it so heres the deal:
