Busy Woman's Cookbook
Author: Food Editors of Farm Journal
Saving time in the kitchen takes two forms: "Short-Cut Cooking" (last minutes preparations for meals in thirty minutes) and "Make-Ahead Cooking" which is prepared the day or night before. Some soups and casseroles and desserts are better the next day or days later, and many recipes can be frozen for much later use.
