Calvin Rudge has had work done on him so he looks a whole lot like the stepfather Yuri Kharkov of Oryol, who becomes a love interest to Rudge. Stepfather & daughter are to be separately extracted from the USSR by switching Calvin for Yuri (Yuri won't talk till Oryol is safe in the West). In the midst of this is a plan for USSR to capture Europe while also keeping the USA from aiding Europe.
