Astounding truths from a man's perspective. Laying responsibility not only on one sex, Mr. Hughes has shared his thoughts and backed them up using the Scriptures. More than once I found myself wanting to highlight a nugget that needed to be remembered or shared, or applied to my own life. I have a wonderful marriage, am blessed to have it, but it's not something that comes just because I want it. It comes through prayer and the desire to share my life, hopes, dreams, as well as difficulties with the one God has given to me. The one I'm blessed to call husband.

Character is that quality that defines you for who you really are. When you look in the mirror, are you the same person everyone else sees?

A person of character tries to live rightly in relation to others, simply because it's the right thing to do. He says what he means and means what he says.
