Things are heating up in this one...the Tressa/Rick relationship builds a lot in this one. It is a "middle" book...you need to read the one before and the one after to get the whole story of what is going on.
One thing I felt was a little "lost" in the whole story was Shelby Lynne and the Gazette being mentioned...it didn't seem to add to the story and it didn't conclude in any way. hmm...just a confusing thing to me.
A good addition to the Calamity Jayne series.

Currently reading this one and I'm finding it a little difficult to get thru. Not finding it as entertaining as the first one. I'll finish it just to see how it ends, I'm half way thru it and it hasn't made me chuckle at all yet. I'm remaining optimistic.
