Did you just experience the break up of a relationship? Are you currently in a toxic relationship? If so you may find this book helpful. Written by a therapist who herself was dealing with a broken heart when she started a group called "Don't Call That Man!". The purpose of the group was to help herself and others move on with their lives and to really believe that there were better things in their future. This book treats the subject matter seriously (unlike most broken heart books that make light of the situation) with a little touch of humor. There are many helpful writing excercises to facilitate understanding of why you allowed yourself to enter a relationship that was wrong for you. It is a quick book to read and would be perfect for immediate relief and understanding after a breakup.
