Kyle Wakefield is a film producer working in London on a blockbuster movie. He and his business partner, Stephanie, have hired Second Chances, a stunt movie crew made up of ex-cons and run by Kyle's former lover, Nathan Carnes. Nate is furious when he finds out Kyle is behind the job, but it's too late to back out now. Ten years ago the two lovers were planning a life together. But Kyle was still in the closet and Nate, considering himself not good enough for Kyle, does something that lands him in prison. Now the two decide to pick up their relationship until filming is done. But their feelings and the past keep getting in the way.

I've only read a few M/M stories, but I thought this one was well written. I was a little confused in the first half of the book. The conversations between the two men would allude to how they hurt each other in the past, but we are not told what actually happened until the second half of the book. The first half of the book has a lot of anger. The second half of the book is very emotional. Issues of trust between the couple and the problem of Kyle still being in the closet drives the conflict between the two and makes for a very good story. My rating: 4 Stars.
