This is a terrific small cookbook for the college student with limited kitchen space in a dorm or apartment. All the recipes can be made in toaster ovens, hot pots and microwaves, and they're all easy and good. There are entrees, breakfasts and snacks (Chocolate/Peanut Butter No-Bakes are esp. yummy), plus some good guidelines about the wquipment and supplies a basic dormroom chef might need.
