One of my wishlist books came through a couple days ago and when I checked the posters account so see if they had anymore books I might want I saw that this book was the only book they posted. Now today, after waiting a few days with no response to my request, I checked the account again and it says 'this person is no longer an account holder'. My request hasn't been canceled and I haven't recieved any notice from pbs and I was just wondering if this was normal? Should I not expect any notice? I guess I should probably just give up but it's just a bummer knowing I have to keep waiting. |

You can send feedback from the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Just say you have a request for book XXX in to an account that appears to be closed and you were wondering if that could be canceled for you. You could also wait it out. if the request is not accepted within 5 days, you'll go back to the front of the wish list. Waiting it out is not a big deal unless this book is being posted frequently. If you've been on the wish list for a year and nobody has posted it until now, it's unlikely that anyone is going to post it again during the 5 days you wait for this request to time out. On the other hand, if this book is being posted 5 times a day, then it would be better to get the request canceled because you'll be offered a different copy very soon. |
