My wishlist item was cancelled today...but i never got an email lrtting me know my wish was granted. This is the first time its happened to me. My settings are the ame and i always get notification. Now im back at the end of the line. This stinks.

Check your spam folder on your email. You can also see what emails have been sent to you by PBS under My Account and look for the Club Communication link. |

Use automatic request...that way you never have to worry about missing accepting a wish that was granted. |

Adding Librarian@PaperBackSwap.com and NoReply@PaperBackSwap.com to your safe sender list on your email account may be a good idea too. Sometimes email providers assume and email is spam when it isnt. |

There's a good help doc in the Help Center on this. Go to "browse help docs" and search for If you think you aren't getting your PBS emails

My email used to occasionally just decide that PBS emailswere spam- even after 6 years of getting emails from here. I took Cheryl's advice last year and haven't missed an email since. |
