I requested a book and it appeared that the member accepted it. On my transaction archive, however, it says the sender has to mail it by Aug. 18. This morning, the tab still shows the book (I know they have until the 20th to mark it mailed), but it also still has the buttons for me to Order More from Member, and for me to Cancel, which leads me to believe the label has not even been printed yet. What happens now? Does it go back onto my Wish List?

When does this time out?

If they have to mail it by Aug. 18th, there is a two-day grace period so I think after midnight on the 20th it should time out. And yes, you will go back on the wishlist. If you can still order more from member via the button and have the option to cancel, you're right, the label hasn't been printed yet. Don't be tempted to cancel, though, because if you do that, then you will NOT go back on the WL--unless you manually add it back and you'll be at the end of the line.

I would drop the person a PM (gently worded - since they are certainly within the acceptable time limit) to check what's up - just in case they got distracted, have not been to their PBS account in a few days, and have forgotten about your request . They may notice the PM even if they have somehow overlooked the "Books to Mail" listing, and also that may generate an email notification of the PM (to their regular email address) if they have their system set for that.

also that may generate an email notification of the PM (to their regular email address) if they have their system set for that.

The system also sends out an email notification on the 19th if you haven't marked a book mailed that you said you'd mail by the 18th, so I wouldn't bother.  But that's just me.
