I was looking for a cook book mostly, and most of this book is information about candida. The actual cook book says that you can eat wheat bread and baked potatoes during stage one, which I don't agree with. There are no pictures of recipes, which isn't a big thing, but I'm pretty used to lots of pictures with my newer grain free cookbooks.
