While reading this book I kept thinking, "Is this book part of a series? There seems to be some info missing here." Well, you guessed it, this IS part of a series. But, it is fairly easy to fill in what happened in previous books. I'm not going to go back and read those books now, since I know how that all works out! I enjoyed this story. It isn't a difficult read, isn't extremely difficult to follow, and the plot doesn't get so thick that you really have to pay attention. I find the investigative reporter a little lax in protocol, revealing info that really should not be mentioned to others in the story-line. But overall, this book was fun and held my interest.
