"Capital Gaines: Smart Things I learned Doing Stupid Stuff" by Chip Gaines, as in Chip and Joanna, of Magnolia fame, is one of the most sincere-feeling, heartfelt books I have read. It is an autobiographical account of how Magnolia, Chip, and the Gaines family have evolved. Told simply and straightforward, filled with reminiscences of key milestones in his personal growth and development, and constantly reiterating his personal philosophies of hard work, family, positivity, and accountability. Easy and straightforward to read, 'Capital Gaines' will fill you with hope. [5/5]
