I was somewhat disappointed with this book as it wasn't what I expected. I was hoping for a book that would match my skills and interests with jobs I would excel at. This book was more of a personality identification book and assigned colors instead of the Brigg Meyers letters. I did find the tests pretty accurate to fit my personality. The book is set up that after you take the quizzes to find your main color and your secondary color, you just read the chapter that applies to you. It is recommended that the rest of the book be read so that you relate better to the other personality types. I did like the suggestions for my color to stregthen the areas that may be a weakness.
