Ingredients

4 whole - apples
-
1 8 0z can - crushed pineapple in juice

1 box - sugar free, fat free butterscotch instant pudding
-
1 container - Cool Whip Free
Directions
Core and dice apples.
Immediately add crushed pineapples with juice.
Stir in the pudding mix.
Add in entire container of cool whip.
Stir together and refrigerate til ready to eat. It's better if it sits an hour or so in order for the flavors to blend.
Notes
It tastes like a carmel apple. You can serve this for dessert or as a salad. And it is very portable so is good for pot lucks. Low in calories too.
