I have an unpostable copy of this book, and it is wishlisted in the system.  It has one page that was ripped out and then taped back in (this was how I received it from another member...ahem).  Anyway, it's still completely readable and if anyone is interested I will include it for free with an order off my shelf.  Just PM me.
