Has anyone been watching In Session when Casey Anthony;s on there? I can;t believe that her team of all those lawyers aren't in compliance with rulings  by the Judge. I think there strategies of trying to drag this out for years is going to backfire.I watched her lawyers the other day and it is quite obvious they are playing a game of lets bury the case in endless briefs and motions.There was already a book out I think everyone has seen her party pictures and heard the 911 call from her mother. But of all the things that make me maddest is dragging Equisearch Volunteers into the mess .If we start dragging people like that into trials to cast doubt what is that going to do when someone else needs help? I don't think that organization or volunteers should be drug into this all they did was try to help look for the missing child. And how many times have we seen areas searched and the body not found on the first search.I wish they would have Just went for life in prison without the possibility of parole death penalty cases are to expensive and the guiltily person files tons of appeals that take up loads of time and it actually takes years and years for the execution to take place it puts a HUGE burden on the jury we need to over haul how the death Penalty is used or get rid of it.

In Session is on Tru TV...used to be Court TV.  Since my husband retired, I never get to watch it anymore.  :(

Well Niki be glad you havent seen her courtroom circus it would probably make you mad just like it is me.This case when it goes to trial is gonna be a must see.The Judge has warned Bias repeatedly there will be NO suprise witness or anything  else. I,m glad they threw the fight about Judge Strickland the new Judge is Hardcoring them.I.m sorry I just dont think anyone but Casey killed her daughter.Her actions spoke loud and clear that she wasnt looking for Caleighy she was actually working some nights as a shot girl in a bar no mother is going be dancing and posting pic;s if they think there child was kidnapped.I wish my husband would retire but we have 3 T.Vs lol

Don't let me miss that trial Heather.   When Joe worked..I would put Court tv on my laptop and carry it around the house and watch all of the trials.  Now he is my 24 hour bodyguard. :)  We do have a he-room and she-room for tv...but during the day..he always wants to go..go ..go..so no trials for me lately.

I will let you know I think the judge said Febuary but as it has drug out this long who knows .The other guy in the Petit Murders goes to trial this year too if anyone hears about that one post it I dont want to miss it.

I received the book Mommy Deadliest in the mail today.  Either 48 Hours or Dateline had a program about this crime last weekend.  It's another one of those I'll feed my husband anti-freeze and hope it looks like he had a heart attack crime.

Tell me why people dont just do it the old fashion and divorce? Everytime I watch or read where one spouses kills the other thats what comes to mind.Is she the one who tried to frame her daughter for his murder.

Well Casey's team was back in court today trying to get more evidence supressed I missed it but I heard the Judge wanted to hold Biaz in contemp for not having stuff done by deadline.I'm beginning to wonder if we will ever see the trial. I think she should suck it up and for once do the right think and give a guilty plea if they take the death Penalty off the table. I don;t know how she thinks she is not going to be found guilty I mean really?The death penalty is I think going to be her only hope for endless appeals and maybe have it overturned and granted a new trial,I also will be suprised if we ever see her executed if she does get the Death penalty just my thoughts on it.

Looks like her dream team couldn;t get the supresssion of evidence they wanted so that is bad news for her she actually cried in court as opposed to her usual laughing jokeing self.Now that they have allowed all that evidence in she will either have to have her lawyers explain her bizzare antic take the stand herself either way not looking so goood and her parents seem as delusional as ever saying the body they found was not there grand daughter.

One more obsevation I;m not 100 per cent but I think they may use George to cast doubt in the jurys mind now that it looks like Ray the meter reader who found the body isn;t going to work, They say the trial will start in May but  I will believe it when I see it.I also am wondering if they are going to try to find a reason to have the new Judge removed.They were clearly POed that he ruled against suppression of alot of the most incrimanating evidence,I think she should cut a plea deal pled guilty and the death penalty is off the table and she gets life without Parole I just dont see how anyone is going believe she is innocent. Ok I'm done ranting this whole Pre Trial evidece suppression hearings were just too much!
