Catacombs
Catacombs
Author: John Farris
I have not read it, but it looks interesting, though a little dated because it is set in Africa during the Cold War. It has to do with a superpower fight over bloodstones (African diamonds) and hints that some dark powers have been unleashed because men went after the stones.
