This is an excellent book. It has interviews with clinic staff and the author's observations as well as interviews with activists on both sides of the abortion debate. It also isn't overly biased either on the pro-choice or pro-life side.

If you are interested in abortion and its practice, I also recommend Lovejoy: A Year in the Life of an Abortion Clinic by Peter Korn and Abortion at Work: Ideology and Practice in a Feminist Clinic

All excellent books that really show the reality of abortion.
