The Celts is the 2000-year epic story of the North European civilization the rivalled Greece and Rome for richness, diversity and power. Lots of illustrations and maps. This is an excellent story for the history buff. A must read. The book is in an excellent condition, with no harm to the cover.

I am (always) reading several books at the same time. Currently the number is 4.

I have them scattered in different parts of the house. Usually, where I feel most comfortable reading the subject matter.

I enjoy reading books about Europe (with no particular time period liked over another) because I lived in Germany for 9 years and traveled to most of the countries.

Just north of where I lived there are ruins of Celtic origin (Staffelstein, Germany).
