A member ordered 4 books from me and I mailed them on July 11th. They were returned to me today as 'unclaimed'. My transaction archive lists each book as 'lost in the mail.' But they aren't lost, lol. I have PM'd her, but her account is on hold. I so hope that she isn't dealing with something bad and life-changing, but I have no way of knowing. Do 'lost' books even count against you? If not, I'll not worry about it. If so, is there any way that I can change the lost status on my end? |

Send feedback to the team via the 'contact us' link, and see what they say/do. |

I agree with Sasssy. You want to let the Admin Team know so that other members don't send books that end up unclaimed. To talk to them, go down to the bottom right corner of any page here, and under "company" click on "contact us", then use the Feedback option there. Hope she's okay! |

Lost books do not count against you unless you have a lot of lost in the mail packages. And they will take a closer look if you have a lot of lost packages with the DC credit insurance on them. But its not a bad idea to ask PBS to look into it because technically the other member owes you for the credits you lost when the books went lost in the mail ( unless you used DC in which case you have your credits and nothing more needs to be done)

I didn't use DC. I'll contact PBS and see where to go from here. Thanks, everyone - I appreciate the advice! |

Technically they are not "lost" so won't count against you if you inform the PBS PTB (powers that be) that they came back to you. The member may have moved and not changed their address in the system or the "hold" may be due to a "punishment" and the member is actually suspended at this time (in addition to the reason you listed in OP).
