At least in the erotica area.  Apparently, she's lost interest and is moving on to another genre (what, I don't know).   For those like me that just read  Claimed by the Wolf (Shadow Guardians, Bk 1) (Paperback), you should know that book 2  (Kissing a Demon), as well as an unrelated book (Red Queen) have both been shelved.   Here's a link to her blog explaining the situation: http://charleneteglia.com/

To be honest, I'm not too upset about missing Kissing a Demon.  It would have to have included the now mated wolf shifter from book 1 having sex with another woman and I wouldn't have liked that.  With my luck, the heroine would have had a prococious child along for the ride as well...or get pregnant then take off because she's afraid he'd find out and run off with her...<insert dramatic music> ...Spawn of the Demon - aaahhh!laugh Or, maybe it all would have worked out okay.  Unfortunately, we'll never know.

I'm sorry to see Ms. Teglia move away from this genre.  I can't say that I've loved all of her books, but she definitely had a talent for writing some spicey stories!

I just read a short story by her a few days ago and was less than impressed.  Maybe  her disillusionment with the genre was coming through....

I wasn't impressed with Claimed by the Wolf. I hadn't planned on reading any more of the series.

I wasn't overly impressed either, Anne.  I've read better by her.

I've had Claimed by the Wolf on my TBR mountain for a few months now, but haven't been able to bring myself to start it. Add to that I don't think I've actually finished any of her books, though I think I've started at least 5 different ones, so I'm not too broken up about it either. I do hope she does well with her new direction though.

I enjoyed Satisfaction Guaranteed, and Wicked Hot (a fav!).  I've got Gripping Beast, Miss Lonely Hearts and something else in Mt. TBR, and I passed on a few others without finishing them.

Never say never.  She may explore other venues, and come back and wrote more erotica, later.

Good Luck to her.
