Book is about Spenser as a boy. Who wouldn't like it??? If you are a fan of Robert B. Parker, that is.

This is both a YA novel and a Spenser novel. It shines a bit of light on Spenser's past.
VERY fast read -- it's one of those books that has HUGE print, very wide margins and is practically double spaced. It could have easily been incorporated into one of the Spenser novels, rather than a stand-alone book.
However, enjoyable (if short) story. Sort of 'Spenser-lite.'
