Why is no one ever online to chat late at night? (usually 11pm til 1am CST)

I know not everyone works the day shift nor has little ones they have to get up early with.

When is prime time for folks to actually chat?

Not sure.  Except that when I see there is only one person in the chat room (I'm not a big chat rom person anyway) I'm like, okay, well, that's not really so good.  I think everyone that's interested in chat rooms will just have to dive in so they'll be a decent number of people on there to attract other people.  Just like you  go in a restaurant even if others aren't there, and by doing that, it makes other people feel okay to come in, because they aren't like, "No one's there!"  Sort of stupid, but, sigh, it's the way it is, I guess.
