Title:

Cheesy Crockpot Potatoes

Dish: Side-dishes
Dish Type: Vegetables
Cooking Method: Crockpot
Difficulty: 1 / 10
Servings: 6-8
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 3 hours

Ingredients
  • 6 or 8 6 - potatoes
  • 2 cans 2 - cheese soup
  • 1 1 - sour cream
Directions

You'll need a bag of potatoes, two cans of cheese soup and a carton of sour cream.

Peel and cube the potatoes first. While you've got them on the stove in boiling water, mix the soup and sour cream in a small saucepan and mix together over low heat. Don't let the potatoes get too soft, then drain them. Mix the potatoes and the cheese/sour cream mixture in a crockpot.  Add salt and pepper and let cook in crockpot for 2 to 3 hours. Some things you could do differently would include adding cubed ham or changing the soup to cream of mushroom or onion.  There are alot of different things you could do with this dish. Instead of salt we add garlic salt. It's a very good, easy, pleasing and filling side dish!
