Yet another fabulous book by Catherine Anderson. Rebecca is the only survivor of an attack on her traveling family to Santa Fe. She witnesses many ungodly acts and goes into shock then is discovered and rescued by Race Spencer. Race falls in love on sight and vows to protect Rebecca no matter what the cost. This is a wonderful story that makes you feel as if you are experiencing it yourself. Catherine is my favorite author...her stories are perfectly told and they suck you right in. Fabulous Book!!

Another great book by Catherine Anderson. This story in based back in the mid 1800's in Colorado. It is a story of a Quaker girl who is the sole surviver of an attack on the wagon train she is in as her Quaker Community leave one settlement to start a new settlement in Santa Fe. Although it is a love story, there is also a mystery to the story as well. Great read and wonderful story of friendship and honesty from the man who finds, rescues, and protects her through the journey of finding her Quaker Community. A great western read.
