In the 1960's Grosset and Dunlap published a library of books for children, basically classics, called the Companion Library.  Each book contained 2 classic stories. Each story is about 250 pages. Books have about 500 total pages between the 2 stories.  They are hardcover, no dustjackets but illustrated on the covers.  I have 5 books (10 stories) that I'm offering for 2 credits.  They are basically in good condition, no marks on text and I have wiped the covers clean but some soil around the edges from being on bookshelves about 50 years.

These are the 5 I'm offering:

1.  The Little Lame Prince by Dinah Maria Mulock Craik and The Merry Adventures of Robin Hood by Howard Pyle

2.  Heidi by Johanna Spyra and Hans Brinker by Mary Mapes Dodge

3.  Black Beauty by Anna Sewell and The Call of the Wild by Jack London

4.  Five Little Peppers and How They Grew by Margaret Sidney and Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll

5.  Kidnapped by Robert Louis Stevenson and Tom Sawyer Detective by Samuel Clemens

PM me if you are interested.
