Chocolate Fudge Pound Cake
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup cocoa
1 1/3 cup water
1/3 cup nonfat yogurt
6 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
Mix flour and sugar. Cut in 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt. Add: cocoa, water
and 1/3 cup nonfat yogurt. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed on mixer.
CHILL 1 HOUR MINIMUM. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
Beat 1 minute. Add 2 egg whites and beat 1 minute. Add 2 egg whites
and beat 1 minute. Add 2 egg whites and beat 1 minute. Add vanilla
and beat 2 minutes. Add baking powder and beat 2 minutes.
Pour into greased pan that has been dusted with cocoa, tube, bundt,
loaf, etc. Bake 1 hour 45 minutes approximately in preheated 300
degree oven.
