My mother has finally started reading again! cheeky

She has gotten into Christian books recently. She just read the whole series of Sisterchicks by Robin Gunn Jones & loved them.

She prefers the chick lit type books.

If anybody has any recommendations for any books, please let me know!

Thanks!

Hi Sarah! I have read some Chick lit type books but not real familiar with a lot of them. Below is a list of some that I would consider chick-lit or women's fiction. Some might be more serious while some are more humorous.

Deborah Raney, Diann Hunt, Trish Perry, and Deborah Bedford, Kristen Billerbeck, Denise Hunter, Donna Ball, DiAnn Hunt, Kaye Dacus, Janice Thompson(Also writes as Janice Hanna), Rachel Hauck, Christine Lynxwiler, Sandra Bricker, Jen Turano(historical but pretty funny),  Lisa Wingate, or Sandra Byrd and last but not least, The Potluck Club series by Eva Marie Everson and Linda Evans Shepherd. Might think of more later:)

Hopefully this will give some help and maybe you can find an author your mother will enjoy. I know I have laughed through many of these and several of the authors are favorites:)
