This is a short, easy to read little book on Islam written from a Christian perspective and designed primarily for Christians who are hoping to witness to Muslims or encountering Muslims in their workplace, school or community. There is a brief overview of what the religion is about as well as the five tenets of Islam. Passages of the book also compare and contrast Islam and Christianity to underline the differences and similarities and hopefully give any dialogue between Muslims and Christians a good jumping off point. It's a book I'd recommend if you're curious about Islam but don't want to do significant research and if you're a Christian.
This book provides Christians with a simple description of the origins of Islam, what Muslims believe and how it affects their attitudes, worldview, everyday life and culture. Practical guidelines are given for relating to Muslims in a culturally appropriate way, as well as for witnessing effectively and caring for converts.
