I can't seem to find out if there is a certain way you're supposed to read these books or if it doesn't matter how you read them.  Does anyone know if so what is the reading order for these books.

Here is the book order:

  • HOUR OF THE ROSE
  • BRIDGE OF DREAMS
  • BRIDE OF THE MIST
  • KEY TO FOREVER
  • SEASON OF WISHES
  • CHRISTMAS KNIGHT
  • THE PERFECT GIFT

DRAYCOTT ANTHOLOGIES

  • "Enchantment,"
    in HAUNTING LOVE STORIES
  • "What Dreams May Come,"
    in BEWITCHING LOVE STORIES

While the books have some recuring characters I don't think it is necessary to read the books in order.

I read many of these a while back, but I just read them as I found them, and they stood alone pretty well.

Gotta admit, I think you should read the 1st two anthologies first-so you get Adrian in all his glory(and of course Gideon the cat as well).  I have a really hard time remembering characters names.  So it must mean that I throughly enjoyed this series-when I can remember the cat after....what?....15+ years when they came out?
