Although this book is for children, I enjoyed reading it too. It was an endearing and realistic story from a young girl's perspective of living during the Depression. It is well written and entertaining yet gives a real feel for the era. Minnie's diary will make you laugh and cry. I would recommend it to children as well as adults.
