This book has become a family favorite.I like that the story is told in short chapters about two orphan sisters, who overcame many obstacles in life. My 10yr old daughter reccomends this to her friends.

My six-year old daughter loved this book. It contains lots of suspense and some lovely characters. Historical fiction for kids to grow on.
