This is a lovely Christmas Hardback book Written and Illustrated by Boyd K Packer. It is a Christmas parable. This is a beautiful story about a poor farmer who had little but a wife and children and farm. He had had 3 lean years from working on his farm. His family was poor, his farm equipment broken and he could not afford and had no time to make Christmas presents. He felt that God was far away. His wife called him to supper his washed his hands and ate. He went to bed and dreamt that his hands were dirty and would not come clean with washing. He did not normally go to church but he went with his family.He realized that God had worked a miracle on him.The things he had worried about did not matter because he accepted Jesus Christ as his saviour and his sins were forever washed away.In the back of the book is a poem washed clean and Christmas Memory pages to write your own Christmas memories. The Illustrations are beautiful. This is a beautifully written and illustrated Christmas book.
