Gracie's high school flame comes to town as a doctor taking the place of the town's regular doc who went on a month's vacation. Rocky Gracie's newspaper friend assumes The visiting doctor Tom is unmarried and prints it in the town paper and Rocky begins to receive threatening notices about Tom. Then the regular doc's nurse is mean to Tom, and even does not show up one day and Gracie tries to mend fences. Is Tom the nice guy he seems or is he a fraud?
