Katie, I can't tell if you're following the instructions or not, because I haven't used Internet Explorer for years. I only use Mozilla Firefox and not that up on web pages anymore. I'm not having any trouble at all, so am not much help I'm afraid. They did have a re-direct problem, but sounds to me like they have it fixed. I don't think it's MR, but somehow your IE is not working with their pages. I would install Firefox and try to get into your CP page from it, then unmark anything you have sending you emails in case you can't get back in. Just subscribe to the threads without any notifications. You don't have to replace IE. You should be able to have as many browser programs on your computer as you want. You just may not be able to run two at a time. So try installing the new one long enough to see if it works and if you can adjust your settings. Then you can go back to IE if you want. If Firefox won't work, then at least you'll have more info.

Thanks! I cant see how switching to Foxfire will help. I tried to use my Coby Tablet to get in the CP User page it did the same thing. I never used it for MR before. My son has even tried hes A+ certified! Thanks again! |

I cant see how switching to Foxfire will help. IE does not work with A LOT of webpages because they aren't formatted for it. Chrome and Firefox are good alternatives in case you find a webpage isn't working for you. |
