Warm milk to 110 degrees in pan or microwave. Mix all ingredients in bread machine as needed. Set dough cycle and let it go. Once completed turn out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest 10 minutes. In a small bowl combine 1 cup packed brown sugar, 2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon.
Roll dough out to 16 X 21. Spread with 1/3 cup butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar cinnamon mixture, roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls on a greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover and let rise until double. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake about 15 minutes, more or less depending on oven. Look at them and make sure they appear to be cooked enough in the middle. While rolls are baking mix together frosting:1/4 cup butter, softened, 1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Bake and then turn out onto a tray. Spread frosting onto warm rolls and enjoy!
Cut smaller if you want, I roll them long ways and cut about 20 rolls for my little ones that cannot eat a great big cinnamon roll. Have been told these are close to the Cinnabon taste.
All-purpose flour can be substituted will change texture only.
Cream cheese can be adjusted to taste, my family likes more cream cheese about 5 ounces with the 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar. Yummy!
